These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Krishi Connect mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Krishi Connect, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

Use of the App

You may use Krishi Connect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could harm other users or the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the app or other users.

User Content

Krishi Connect may allow you to submit or share content such as profile details, marketplace posts, images, messages, comments, and other materials.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to submit content that:

Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
Violates another person’s rights
Is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or harmful
Contains malware or harmful code

We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or harms the platform.

Marketplace and Community Interactions

Krishi Connect may include listing, communication, and community features that help users connect and share information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any user-submitted listing, message, or community content.

Any transaction, discussion, or interaction between users is at their own discretion and risk.

Notifications and Communications

By using Krishi Connect, you agree that we may send you service-related communications, including account notices, feature updates, operational alerts, and notifications related to app activity. You can manage many notification preferences through your device settings.

Privacy

Your use of Krishi Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krishi Connect and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Krishi Connect at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using the app at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Krishi Connect after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
